Terms + Conditions
UK VAT (sales tax) is applied to all orders dispatched to the UK and any EU destinations. If you are ordering from outside of the EU, you will receive a 20% VAT discount on your order at the checkout - once you have entered your delivery details.
Please note that customers are responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by their local customs office on delivery to their country. Any Import duty or tax charges are out of our control and will be invoiced to you by the carrier directly. If you are concerned about these charges, we recommend you contact your local customs authority prior to purchasing, in order to calculate the final landed price inclusive of all taxes.
2. Payment and Order Acceptance
Payment is taken at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of the company's choosing but the company will attempt to comply with the customer's selection. Unless otherwise noted, carriage will be at cost to the customer and forms part of the invoice. We aim to dispatch your items within three working days or less.
When you have placed your order via the site, stock will be reserved for your purchase. However, sales will not be finalised until the order dispatches from the warehouse, and payment is successfully taken.
Either Bramble or a third-party will sometimes perform fraud checks on card payments.
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for the parcel passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

We ship all of our goods 'signed for', to ensure safe delivery. Shipping rates, unless otherwise stated;

5. Refunds or Exchanges
For customers purchasing in the EU, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (“CCR”) for those placed on or after 13 June 2014, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving your items.
For all order cancellations through the CCR, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation request. Items must be returned back to us in good time via a secure delivery service.
If you wish to exchange your item, you must return your order within fourteen days of receiving your items. Please make it clear what product / size / colour you would like as a replacement.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns / exchange product back to us via a signed-for carrier service. Refunds exclude all shipping costs.
We mark all replacement shipments as ‘exchange’ or ‘replacement’ with ‘no commercial value’, on the basis taxes would have been paid on the original order. In the unlikely event the your local authorities request taxes on the replacement item, we recommend that you dispute these charges with them directly.
Items must not be worn, altered or washed if you wish to return them. They must be returned in their original condition with all swing tags. Failure to keep the items in an unused, resalable condition may result in a reduced refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any order cancellations or exchanges that do not comply with the above conditions. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty and not eligible for refund. In no circumstances shall the liability of the company to the customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
Usage of the Bramble website grants you no rights to any copyright or intellectual property rights relating to the content of the site. All copyright is protected under national and international law. Any site content can only be reproduced or distributed with express permission from Bramble Sportswear.
We reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade and size. The customer's statutory rights will not be affected.
Any changes we may make to these Terms & Conditions in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail. Please check back frequently to see any updates or changes to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in respect of any matter arising hereunder.
