In 2025, we worked with an international collective of female+ cinematographers to clarify their theory of change and define their leadership team’s roles as they completed the formal transition into a not-for-profit structure.

During 2025 we helped the two co-founders of a new non-profit with a bold and challenging idea to give sharpen their vision and mission, develop their theory of change and form a strategy. We guided them through an exploration of possible paths their organisation might evolve down, and the key organisational design and development considerations as they chose their dual structure and partnership model.
